A day at the park

** 2 More days to vote... Boy or Girl?!**

First a baby update: I am doing really well, and the baby is too as I feel him/her moving around a whole lot more these days. I started the 17P shots last week, a form of progesterone that is meant to keep contractions and general uterine irritability at bay. So far so good. Shawn gives them to me and he's done well so far. He jokes that after this experience he will be qualified to administer HGH to any of his clients that want it. (is Roger Clements looking for a trainer?) haha I have had quite a few "growing pains" this week so just to be safe and give me peace of mind I saw my Dr. today to make sure everything was A-OK. It is. But boy, have I grown just in the last week. Thus the pain. I will post some comparison pictures soon, my tummy is considerably larger at 17 weeks this time than it was with Jaxson! I have an ultrasound on Monday with my high-risk Dr. and hopefully we will find out the sex of the baby! Shawn gets to go with me on that appt... lucky guy! :) I will post more updates on that Monday!

Since one of Jaxson's favorite activites is going to the park, we braved the heat last Saturday and did just that!

Notice my huge water jug... a permanent fixture for me while I'm preggo and it just makes the picture!

Feeding the ducks with dad... they really enjoyed Jaxson's mix of stale Cheerios, Kix and Goldfish!

Especially this big white guy

He knew how to work it...

...and he got a little too close!

I love this picture!

Tandem sliding

Jaxson loves this shirt... he often goes into his closet and says "monkey business"!

Too hot for the hat!

Those pictures are adorable! And with the monkey shirt & hat, he really looks like a big boy now! Gone are all signs of that tiny baby he once was.... He is growing up fast! I'm glad all is well with the new pregnancy and can't wait to hear the news on Monday!
