Baby Update:
This week was a little rough for me. I've been having some strange "feelings" all week (due to my cerclage) and called my Dr. on Wednesday. I went in and she checked me out, everything looked ok, but she said my cervix was just a hair shorter than it was the previous week. So, I went in for an ultrasound Thursday to take a better look. Baby G looks great! He is super cute (I got to see him on the 4-D ultrasound) and is growing like a weed (maybe the cause of the "feelings")! He's measuring a week ahead of schedule, estimated weight is 1lb. 6 oz. All is well with him. The high-risk doctor said my cervix and cerclage look good, adequate length (not super long, but good for me) but there is "slight" funneling at the top. I'm not sure what my regular OB will say about that. This Dr. didn't seem concerned, he just told me to keep taking it easy and NO lifting (hard w/ a snuggly 2 year old). So, until my regular OB says otherwise, I'm doing well and just praying my cervix holds strong, doesn't change anymore, and I can stay off bedrest... I'm not sure what we'll do if that happens!
