Happy Birthday Jaxson!

It's so hard to believe that it's been 2 years already since this time...

I will never forget your tiny cry, so thankful that I heard it... and your beautiful, perfect face the first time I saw it.


This is just 20 minutes after you were born, still not on the ventilator yet... trying to breathe on your own like a little champ.

We had a great visit to the NICU today... they were so happy to see Jaxson and were so surprised at how big he is! He charmed them all over again! :) It was so nice to see a few of his nurses, we are forever thankful for them! After our visit we had lunch with Grandpa Maurer and then came home and Jaxson took a 3 hour nap!
