"Na-Nu"....

....Means "I love you" in Jaxson speak! And he says it with the sweetest smile on his face, it just melts my heart! Jaxson is growing up and talking more and more. Many words he can repeat perfectly, but others take on interesting forms. For example, water is "Na" (not sure how that happened), dog is "ga ga". He loves to get the mail ("mail... key!") and talk about the pool ("poo... key!"). He also loves to go outside and mow("outside... mow!"), as seen on the previous entry. He also loves the park ("gock" or lately it starts with a "c", so I won't spell it out!). Here are some recent park pics:

Mastering the slide

He's only recently become brave enough to go down by himself (and this slide is small enough that I'll let him!)

"Rock climbing" with dad

One of his favorite activities at the park is drinking "na" out of the fountain!

The latest baby news: I had my high-risk Dr. appt today and they did a high-powered ultrasound. The Dr. discovered that my cervix is short (2.4 cm... normal for my gestation is 3.5+ cm) So I will be having a cerclage placed in 3-4 weeks (a "stich" in the cervix to hold it shut). I am pretty nervous about this development, as I was hoping to avoid that. The good news is the baby looks great! The Dr. (very experienced w/ this stuff) said development so far looks normal and all is good. Please say a prayer that my cervix will lengthen (not sure if that's possible or not) and all will go well with the cerclage.... and for a full term baby! Thank you from all 4 of us! :) ....Na-Nu!!!
